Politique d'expédition

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business day. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

 Ego Beauty Co. is NOT responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered but you have not received then you will need to file a claim with the United States Postal Service. All packages include tracking and are insured in the event of the package being lost.

If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
