Under eye shield allows for a clean application of both eyeshadow and glitter
Directions for use: Remove sticker paper from behind shield, apply underneath eye, and apply eyeshadow. Excess eyeshadow and/glitter will fall on the shield and allow for a clean application. Once complete remove shield and discard.
